In order to prepare Indian documents to be accepted in Hungary, there are three essential validation processes that must be completed.
The Notary will validate the authenticity of the document in question and then validate the identity of the signer and include a seal and signature. This provides proof that the document, and the signature thereon, is valid and authentic.
Once the notarization step is completed, the document is sent to the requisite official based on the document type.
The last step is the Ministry of External Affairs. Once the preceding verifications are complete, the MEA sticks the apostille on the document. Then, the document becomes valid for Hungary.

Yes, but there are some complications. The MEA will apostille a Provisional Degree only if the Degree is verified by the respective university. However, you may need to submit the Original Degree to Hungary’s Consulate or to the Educational Authority (Oktatási Hivatal). If you are traveling on a provisional one, make sure you take a Letter of Bona Fide from your university indicating the date when the final degree will be awarded.
To begin, you will need to secure a position with a Hungarian company, which will then offer you a job and sign your work contract. It is the responsibility of the employer to apply for your work permit and justify the need for your position by stating that there are no local workers available. Once you have done this, you will be able to get your long-stay D visa from the Hungarian consulate with your documents that have been apostilled and then you may begin your employment.
