For applicants who opt for our Courier Return Service, please be aware that a third-party courier company manages the delivery services. In case of documents being lost or damaged in transit, EAS LLP assumes no responsibility or liability for any deficiencies in the courier service.

Consequential Loss or Damage

EAS LLP cannot be held responsible or liable for any consequential loss or damage that may result from the loss of documents. By submitting original documents along with the applicable attestation fees, it is expressly understood that the applicant has acknowledged and agreed to the terms, conditions, and details as outlined herein. Importantly, the fees paid by the applicant are non-refundable under any circumstances.
