1. Scope of Service

Our document pickup and delivery service is provided solely as a facilitation service for the convenience of our clients. All shipments are handled by third-party courier and logistics partners, and we act only as a coordinating intermediary between the client and the courier company.

2. Responsibility & Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, theft, misplacement, or deterioration of documents during transit, whether domestic or international, once the documents are handed over to the courier service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Loss or misplacement of original documents
  • Physical damage (tears, folds, stains, moisture, ink marks, etc.)
  • Delayed delivery or non-delivery
  • Customs clearance delays or seizures
  • Courier service errors, strikes, or force majeure events

All risks during transit are borne entirely by the sender/client.

3. Courier Charges

Courier charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Delivery delays
  • Lost or damaged shipments
  • An incorrect address was provided by the client
  • Refusal or non-acceptance by the recipient

4. Insurance

We do not provide insurance coverage for documents under any circumstances.
Clients are advised to opt for insurance directly with the courier company, if available, at their own cost and discretion.

5. Pickup & Delivery Timelines

All pickup and delivery timelines shared are estimated only and not guaranteed. Actual transit time depends on:

  • Courier partner performance
  • Location and serviceability
  • Customs, security, or regulatory checks
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen events

We shall not be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Packaging Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that documents are properly packed and secured before pickup. We are not liable for damage caused due to:

  • Inadequate or improper packaging
  • Fragile or folded documents
  • Sealed envelopes provided by the client

7. Address & Contact Details

The client must ensure that accurate and complete pickup and delivery details are provided. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Incorrect contact numbers
  • Recipient unavailability

8. Courier Tracking & Support

Tracking details are provided by the courier company. Any transit-related issues, claims, or disputes must be raised directly with the courier service provider.
Our role is limited to sharing available tracking information, where possible.

9. Customs & Regulatory Clearance

For international shipments, we are not responsible for:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Additional documentation requirements
  • Duties, penalties, or confiscation by authorities

Compliance with destination country regulations is solely the client’s responsibility.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in pickup or delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Acts of God
  • Government actions
  • Lockdowns, strikes, or transport disruptions

11. Acceptance of Policy

By opting for our document pickup and delivery service, the client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to this Shipping & Courier Policy and accepts all associated risks.
